Just wanted to say thank you so very much for putting us in touch with GG. She is by far the best travel person we have ever worked with and everyone is more than thrilled to be planning their travel through her. GG is always extremely responsive to our requests and her knowledge of airlines, hotels and cities all around the world is extensive and extremely valuable to us. I am really enjoying talking to her virtually everyday and have had nothing but high praise from all my travelers regarding their travel, so much so that they are giving up doing most bookings themselves now and totally relying on her expert services.

All I have to say is excellent customer service, follow up, very considerate, professional, personable and a great individual.

Brent Shimozono just called me at work to 'check in' and see if I required any travel needs. I understand he is on vacation, but took the time and effort to call me and asked me about my needs.

I reassured Brent that I am currently in good hands with Roshni Patel (another excellent individual) who is assisting me on current travel.

Thanks so much for all your help! We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Maui. And thanks also for the nice box of chocolates we received at the hotel.

We did all the typical tourist stuff - went to a Luau, Dinner Cruise in Lahaina, Aquarium, the Ulalena show, went to a really cool botanical gardens in Kula.

The Ritz-Carlton is top-notch - very professional, friendly staff (everyone - from the front desk to the groundskeepers!) The beach at Kapalua was very beautiful and private. We LOVED the privacy and seclusion of the hotel - our garden view room which overlooked one of the golf courses, was "tomb quiet" and the afternoon breezes were great. We spent a few nights having drinks/munchies down at the Beach House next to the water.

Everything went fantastic - you can recommend the Ritz-Carlton with confidence. And we will be in touch with you when we travel again!
